Perry Stewart - Group CEO

Perry is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the Construction & Property Development Industry.

His role involves developing and implementing high-level strategies, setting strategic goals, objectives and policies and procedures to enhance profitability and return on investment.

Perry leads by example, exercising the five critical components of leadership – field presence, effective communication, feedback, accountability and bench-marking.

 

Nicholas Wassell - Director

With over three decades of experience in facilities management, Nicholas has established himself as a seasoned professional with a broad range of expertise in electrical, mechanical, and building services, as well as health and safety compliance.

As the director of Chadwell since 1996, Nicholas has been instrumental in spearheading the company’s growth and expansion, while also overseeing numerous successful projects from conception to completion. His keen attention to detail and strong leadership skills have been pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Alan Burke - Operations Director

Alan joined Chadwell as an electrician in 1991 having previously worked and trained at Ford Motor company. He worked on various client sites and over 18 years progressed to be a site supervisor.  

In 2009 Alan moved to an office-based role which progressed to his position of Operations Director. Alan is responsible for the many of our clients’ every day needs as well as overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring efficiency and quality.

Gill Fraser - Sales & Marketing Director

Gill has vast experience over 25 years in sales and marketing, working with IT businesses, both large organisations like IBM, Symantec and Trend Micro as well as start-ups.  She has significantly grown revenue and improved profitability through building and leading sales & marketing teams, creating strong partner relationships and winning routes to market across ASIA Pac the Middle East and Europe.

Since joining Chadwell, Gill uses her sale and marketing expertise to help drive sales through existing and new clients and create winning marketing strategies. Gill also works with the rest of the management team to attract, recruit and retain high-quality, talented, individuals.
